Quick and Easy Scones

This recipe is designed to give you tender, flaky results every time, with just the right hint of sweetness and a texture that melts in your mouth. Perfect for slow mornings, afternoon gatherings, or whenever you need a little homemade comfort.

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
369g All-purpose flour
6g Salt
14g baking powder
43g granulated sugar
Wet ingredients:
170g butter, cold and cubed
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
200g heavy cream
Inclusions: 227g to 340g
Directions
Add all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine with a spatula.
Add butter and combine it to the flour using the pinching method.
Combine the eggs, yolks and heavy cream.
Add the egg mixture using a spatula until just combined.
On a floured surface, roll the dough to 1” thick
Brush off the excess flour, cut using cookie cutter.
Chill for 20 minutes .
Bake for 200 degree celsius for approximately 10-15 min.
Check for doneness: Edges should be brown and middle should still be soft to touch.
